The purpose of comunity service activity to provide direct insight and understod to elementary school students to more easily master the concept of learning mathematics on multiples of numbers. The learning media used is stick media which is easily available and familiar to elementary school students. This community service activity was attended by fourth grade students of elementary school Kampung Baru Merauke. The<br />high cost of commercial dishwashing soap products on the market can be overcome by <br />making your own dishwashing soap of fairly good quality and more economical, which can <br />be used for daily needs or for sale. The purpose of this activity is to add insight to the <br />community and the younger generation about making dishwashing liquid soap. Furthermore, <br />this activity can be used as an additional activity for the community, where so far the <br />community has been less productive in carrying out activities that have economic value. So <br />that it is hoped that entrepreneurial motivation will arise in the community and be able to <br />create an independent village community. By carrying out this activity, it is hoped that the <br />community and the generation in Environment IV, Pasar Gambir Village, Tebing Tinggi <br />District, Tebing Tinggi City, will be skilled in making dish soap because the manufacturing <br />process is very easy so that it can be processed independently and can also be used as a <br />home industry for community side activities. The interest <br />and enthusiasm of the community at IKM T.A Rezeki in Medan Selayang is great for this <br />community service activity so that two-way communication between instructors and <br />participants is well established. The activity participants were dominated by housewives who <br />were still in their productive age (20 to 50 years), so the instructors did not encounter <br />significant difficulties in explaining each stage of making transparent solid materials in <br />building small and medium enterprises. This waste can be used as raw material for the production of <br>organic fertilizer. Using palm oil factory waste as raw material for organic fertilizer can <br>reduce waste produced by factories and reduce its negative impact on the environment. The <br>results of this activity are expected by PT. Mora Niaga Jaya can make or apply it in the palm <br>oil factory industry to make organic liquid fertilizer based on palm oil factory waste in a <br>practical and easy way and is expected to be able to overcome the problem of waste <br>accumulation at PT Mora Niaga Jaya and produce a new product to increase sources of <br>income for industry at PT.
